Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard: 5–8 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the cart for current promotions.
International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 10–21 business days.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Stolen Packages Noctopus is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at support@shopnoctopus.com.
Shipping Restrictions We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain oversized items. If this applies to your order, we'll contact you.
